I wanted to take a minute to write to say Thank You to our plumber John #2723. We called all over the Cleveland area inquiring about plumbing services and help for our very specific plumbing needs. John #2723 was very neat, organized and courteous. He really did help us to feel confident about the decision that we made to have Roto-Rooter perform the work. He was very pleasant and had a reassuring smile. Joen #2723 was very informative and offered us future recommendations to ensure we were rid of our flooding problems. We will continue to keep Roto-Rooter on hand for all of our plumbing needs!
