My cat needed to have his teeth cleaned, they offered to allow me to drop off my cat on a Thurs. night to have the teeth checked an cleaned the following day (Fri) Imagine my surprise when I returned to pickup my cat on Fri. at 5:00pm and was told they had a very busy day and had not yet even looked at my cat. They asked me to come back at 7:00pm, which I did, they then told me Dr. Pablo Garcia pulled 5 teeth - I was horried to find this out...why was I not called to ask if it is ok to pull 5 teeth and maybe tell me what kind of costs were involved. I will never return to Portage Park...Dr. Pablo Garcia had no right to make a decision to pull 5 teeth without calling me first, I have been going to Portage Park Animal Hospital for the past 12 years, I have never really been happy with them for now certainly will never go back
