I've owned atleast 6 VW's over the years and I purchased a new 2009 GTI from Dwight Harrison last summer. I took the vehicle in for 20k service and they said everything was perfect on the car. I go to another shop to buy some new tires a week later and they noticed one of the rear calipers had an issue and was eating up brake pads unevenly as other side was perfect. I had them replace the pads and I went back to Dwight for a caliper replacement under warranty. They refused saying there is nothing wrong even though you can plainly see the damage to the pads. I am taking my vehicle to another local VW dealer as they immediately understood the problem and are going to fix the issue.\r \r I can't believe on something dealing with the safety of your customers you are willing to cut corners to save a buck!
