Was in dealership for some much needed repairs to my old 2001 Jetta. Ran into Dwight Harrison while in service and he mentioned that I might want to check out the new 2011 model which is larger than my previous car, but more fuel effecient. It was refreshing to see a dealer get involved at the sales level with a customer.\r
To my surprise the deal was even better than I had hoped for, I'm driving a new one for less than the old car was costing to maintain.\r
Easiest sale ever.\r
