Tues, May 1, 2007\r Stopped by to get a quartz movement for wall clock.\r They had a part with longer shaft and they told me I could just build it out in back.\r When I told them that would result in it protruding beyond the wall support blocks, they said (snippily)..\r ?well, you should have brought the whole clock in!?\r \r I said I thought I could make it work and I asked how much it was.. They wanted $15.00..\r When I said they are available on internet for $3.50, clerk said go get it there and wouldn't sell it to me..\r When I offered to pay the $15.00 (convenience ONLY because I was already there) \r she still wouldn't sell it to me..\r \r After that I did not even consider asking about repair of my weighted Gustav Becker wall clock..\r Would not trust it to a shopkeeper so arrogant!!\r \r Parts overpriced.. clocks overpriced.. \r VERY ARROGANT toward customers!!!\r \r If I could give ZERO stars for this review, I would!!\r Jim H.
