Review content:
From the first phone call I made to schedule an estimate until the house was finished, I was very pleased. Carr's certainly exceeded my expectations! I had a cat that "marked her territory" in many different places quite often so when she died, I decided to have the whole house professionally cleaned. Carr's did warn me that the only way to completely get rid of all the damage she had done (it was excessive!), was to "flush" or replace the carpet but I wasn't able to do that quite yet. It is still so much better than I would have imagined! :) The carpets look new and they are so soft on bare feet!
I was also wondering about the smell afterwards, afraid it would be perfumy or strong. It was very light and pleasant!
The professional, yet so very personable and friendly, character of Bob, Dwayne, and Marsha can't be beat!
I called Carr's after a referral from a friend. She had several different experiences with carpet cleaning over the years, having 7 pets! She said hands down, Carr's is the best! She was right!
