I have an 8 yr old rental house which had been completely spoiled by last renters due to heavy smoking and 3 little dogs which had peed a lot in a corner of the upstairs bedroom. Dwayne from Carr's came in (after we had replaced pad in part of bedroom & treated under-wood) and took a lot of trouble de-odouring and sanitizing that room and cleaning 2 other bedrooms. Only with their intense cleaning system being done am I now able to re-let my house. Excellent company and Bob Carr & Dwayne were wonderful help.
