Its places like this that are giving Ashtabula a bad name! After setting up an appointment for a measurement ,the owner showed up 3 hrs late. After ordering the carpet, a time was set for install. The installers ,who were suppose to be there in the morning. NEVER SHOWED! After argueing with the owner the next day. he sent out 2 butchers to my place. they did a horrible job. Ive had carpet mart back 3 times to fix it and they still cant get it right. It seems once they get your money ,they dont care anymore. STAY AWAY FROM CARPETMART! Ill never go back
