I purchased a $95 pair of Chaco sandals, wore them for 2 hours, and ended up with a huge blister on my instep. I took them back to the store, and was told there was nothing they could do...no returns on worn merchandise, and no exchange. However, a sign in their store states that worn merchandise that is defective may be returned. I am SO DISAPPOINTED that they will not stand behind their products, and will never return to their store again.
