When I first got to Lima in Jan of 2007, I needed a couple of phones for my wife and I. The first company we came across was Alltel. Their commercials looked somewhat truthful and we didn't know the area all that much. So we decided to go with it and see how it went. After we had our phones for a few months, I visited the store to find out what I could do to change my plan. In doing so, my wife and I were able to upgrade from your standard phones to Blackberry smart phones. About a year later, we decided to change our plan back down to the regular phones, we got a HUGE run-around. The store would tell us one thing. The 888 Customer Service number would tell another. Then get this. Come to find out, out of the three phone calls to Customer Service and the store visit, I was unable to downgrade my plan. I specifically asked the store if I could change my plan whenever I wanted to and they said yes. I ended up taking my business from Alltel to Verizon. I have a problem with a company that
