Review content:
I have been a customer of James Oxygen for over five years. During this time I have been cheated repeatedly by this dollar hungry company. This company literally hates its customers. During my time with them I was charged fake rental fees, fuel surcharges, minimum fill up charges, restocking fees, had money credits hidden, and saw them not pay their bills to other customers. (still waiting for my refund). One customer I know fought with them for more than 1 and 1/2 years before getting his downsized refund. Their propane is always 50 cents to one dollar higher per gallon than competitors and they'll charge you $75.00 per year to use their propane tanks. Idiot me finally wised up and changed gas companies. I just signed up with a new company - no rental fees and the propane was 50 cents per gallon cheaper. You have been warned.
