Review content:
We had a very small, but important, job that no one seemed to want to help us with...especially if we weren't purchasing a new product from them. We needed to replace a small area of carpet at the landing of our staircase. We already had the carpet. I just happened to find Phoenix Carpet Care online and decided it couldn't hurt to call (this would have been the 10th place I called). The owner answered the phone, which impressed me. I told him my story and without hesitation he said he'd have it fixed in no time. He showed up at my house 20 minutes later. I still can't believe it. He and his partner did an amazing job and it took them less than an hour to complete it. I will never forget this awesome experience!
