I had another company lined up to come in and take a look at patching the stain on my carpet until I started looking at other options. The internet led me to Phoenix Carpet Repair, but it was my conversation with Robert that sealed the deal. Important in the conversation was his comment that they offered "...carpet repair, not carpet perfection." It was simple yet important comment that had me be realistic about my expectations. Not that they would do less than their best, but as with many repairs sometimes it just is not as good as the original. What I can tell you is that the result of their effort and workmanship I feel that they got it as close to perfection as they could without replacing the whole carpet. I am more than satisfied and would encourage anyone who has a flooring need to give them a call. Robert and his team bring experience, knowledge and a personal touch that make you feel good about leaving your home to their hands.
