Review content:
Being new to the area and just having moved into the home we purchased, my wife and I had a long list of "to do's", one of which was carpet restreching in master bedroom. Not knowing anyone here, we looked on the internet for a company that could do such a task for us. We saw the five star rating and decided to give them a call. Robert was very professional and gave us an estimate on the phone. He also happened to be only a few miles away after finishing an earlier job in our area. He was able to come immediately (!) and when he arrived we found him to be very pleasant and respectful. He removed all the wrinkles from the carpet and re-secured the carpet where it met the tile, which had also been loose. Wow! It was done in a timely manner and he explained the entire process and cause of such a condition to us. Our carpet looks new again! Thanks Robert! As if that wasn't enough, he also noticed we were having pool pump problems and he took the time to talk to us about his simiiar recent experience and gave us some great information to help us there as well. A good work ethic and honest person is hard to find - look no further!
