Insult to heartbreak.\r

This is an add on to my privious review.\r
adding insult to injury, the hospital had the heartless greed of sending our family a bill for the so called medical care of our dog. my daughter brings in a dog with a limp, and 2 days later he is dead, and they could not tell me as to the cause of death, needless to say we are still heartbroken, the lack of remorse in itself is shameful.
