Purchased a new explorer in 2005 have had nothing but trouble with this lemon.Back panel has a quarter inch crack through the hole panel at the ford emblem and so does every other explorer you see on the road,no heat because i have carried this explorer back four times over this problem because i found out you have to take all the dash board out to replace a blend door motor thats made of cheap plastic so my wife is the driver of this explorer she really loves cavalier ford all 47,000 miles of your dealership.And one more thing had to replace a crank shaft pully that flew to pieces and wiped out the sensors along with it at 34,000 that ford would not cover .So you keep sending us info on your new top of the line models your the best.
