In the six years I have been going to Columbia Pike, their quality of care has very much decreased and their prices have gone up excessively. Although I bring 2 dogs and 4 cats to them, I don't get any sense that Dr. Hall ever remembers me, and he frequently is unavailable for appointments. I have not been impressed with some other vets I have seen. When stitches were removed on one of my cats after her spay surgery, the technician tore her skin. I purchased heartworm meds, which turned out to be completely empty from the manufacturer, and was told by the office staff that I would have to seek the return of my money from the manufacturer. Most recently, I took a cat in for runny eyes. I paid $50 for an exam, another $30 for a test to see if the animal had any scratches on the cornea (without being asked if I wanted this test) only to be told that the reason for this test was for a steroid medication which the vet then discouraged me from using because she said it was dangerous to
