Sorg Cooling Heating has been in Frankfort for years. It is a family run business. I finally had to replace my furnace and air conditioner about a year ago. The Sorg service technician, babied my old unit until it became costly to run. So I decided to get a new unit. Another Sorg employee came and did an analysis of my house and advised me on what I should consider in a new unit. Once I made the decision on the unit, it wasn't anytime that the crew showed up to remove the old unit and install the unit. I made a great choice in the type of unit and the crew to do the work. Sorg isn't cheap but sometimes money isn't the issue.
