Review content:
I have been going to Crosnoe Gold & Silver since I was a little girl. All my family members bought most of their jewelry from here for not only me but for gifts to others. The problem is 4 years ago I went in to ask if they wanted to buy an ad in a local school's yearbook. Three sales people knew me by name because I had been coming to this store so much. After waiting 20min for Jay to be avaliable I was then yelled at by Jay in front of 7 other customers because he "doesn't buy adds from a school never had and never will." After his rant he then walked away without a thanks for coming or anything. I was a 17 year old girl. The other girl who had come with me to sell the ad told our advisor how he yelled and carried on. My advisor said never in her 7 years of teaching yearbook had she heard of somone so rude. My family, after hearing this, swore to never go there again. Well I thought I would put the past behind me and go back to the store about 3 months ago. No other customers were in
