Businiess name:  Toscana Apartments

Review content:
For a place built in 1985, it sure got rundown fast. Here's what you get at Toscana:\r \r 1. Rats: Food eaten off my counters, trash bags torn open. Office tells me, what can you expect, we live next to a wildlife preserve. Complained twice. \r \r 2. Kitchen looks old, bathroom is old and small.\r \r 3. Plan 10-15 minutes for an elevator to arrive take you to your car in the basement. Seriously.\r \r 4. About 80%+ college kids. So if you like honking horns and loud drunks shouting at 2 a.m., this is for you.\r \r 5. No parking for friends/visitors. Forget about it. They tow cars almost immediately. \r \r 6. No privacy. Management constantly sticks on your door 24 and 48 hour notices to enter your apartment. They hire outside vendors to perform maintenance who leave doors unlocked when they leave and windows wide open. I thought I'd been robbed.\r \r 7. Old, smelly carpets.\r \r 8. A stove, fridge and dishwasher with parts hanging off.
