Review content:
We discovered water leaking into our front door, which was taken care of in good timing, but now are being told we may have to pay to replace the carpet which was water-stained. Also, the water has been sneaking into the walls before we noticed anything. Apparently the mold problem someone else commented on here is true. They sprayed bleach on my walls today and are hiring contractors to come replace carpeting in another area that had been torn a bit in replacing the padding underneath. Another company is to come and do some dry wall on the mold section of the wall. \r \r I am wary of giving permission to enter when I'm not there, as it feels invasive - and Toscana has had break-ins and car thefts (including my own) 5 times while during my short 10-month stay so far.\r \r I am very anxious to get out, especially now that I have to deal with contractors coming to fix so many things at my apartment.\r \r :(
