I have been a quilter for almost 15 years and of course fabric is my currency. I am a coordinator for a quilt program for a local hospice so I look for a lot of fabric. I also submit my credentials to local businesses to ask for their help in supporting the hospice program to ensure that every dying child gets a quilt. I have been into this store on a number of occasions. I have never been assisted in my search for a particular color, pattern, or type of fabric. The sales personnel act as though assisting a customer would be beneath them. I took a class from them once. Classes were advertised as being free of charge with stipulation that class materials be purchased from their store. A $20 REFUNDABLE deposit was required to reserve my space in the class. Since I have quite a large stash of fabric (as do most devout quilters), I found it only necessary to purchase a couple of 1/4 yard pieces to prepare for the class.
