I just need to say how very unprofessional and rude this particular Vet is! From the person answering the phone to the actual Doctor himself! I have never encountered such rude and uncaring people as these people. Usually, the vets are really nice and helpful. Not at Van Buren. You can even get that vibe over the phone! Not good customer service at all when the customer feels like they are bothering the staff and especially when the staff is irritated! REALLY BAD!!!
