I came in for my exam and cleaning, I waited over 45 min to be seenby the doctor. It took the Dr. 10 min to look at me and later shesaid some one will come in to let you know about the price.Later a women came in and said that I need some crowns and thatit would cost me $3000.00 I told her I have INSURANCE and she said its not covered by my ins. I was very mad and left the officeI just waisted 3hours of my life for nothing. I called my Insuranceand they said that my copay would be 1500.00. I dont understand just dont go to this place its a big business they are part of a big chain called Pacific Dental Services.
