Review content:
The front office staff is really nice here, but they seem overwhelmed. Every time I've been here, it's a minimum half hour wait after your appointment time to be seen. Today I waited an hour and half with my teenage daughter for her to see the periodontist. She was to have undergone general anesthetic and hadn't eaten or drank anything since the night before and they kept pushing the appointment back. We finally ended up walking out. This just isn't how patients should be treated. And they were going to charge $1700 for this.\r

I paid $39 for initial teeth cleaning and they would only polish my teeth, saying I had "calculus" and needed to pay for a more expensive cleaning. Of course I have calculus, that's why I need a cleaning! finally they agreed to the $39 cleaning if I signed a release. The cleaning consisted only of getting my teeth polished. So one hour, lots of x-rays and $39 later, I still need my teeth cleaned. This was little more than a come on to get me to come
