WAY overpriced! WAY too commercialized! I do NOT recommend them!\r

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with 3 stories (finished basement), about 1500 sq feet. I paid them $250.00 and when they came out they said it would be another $180 to clean the house!! I was SHOCKED!!! \r

The last company (personally owned / husband-wife team) charged me $75.00 per cleaning with a $200 initial cleaning. They did a MUCH better job, unfortunately they moved and retired. \r

'The Maids' only cleaned a portion of my home and did an ok job (not great). Apparently when their scheduled time is over, they just abruptly left at the exact moment their time was up. They left blinds up, a pile of dirt in the middle of my basement floor etc. The overhead fans were not cleaned, they won't even open any glass cabinets to clean visible dust. It's against their policy to open drawers or cabinets which is ok, but a discretionary common sense would help. \r
