My family and I stayed at this hotel for a couple weeks when we first moved to Juneau. Although we were provided with a generous kitchen, this was the only positive aspect of the stay. The hotel was stifling hot in the summertime. After housekeeping came to the room it didn't even appear to have been vaccumed, the bed was hastily made, etc. The front desk personnel were unfriendly and even rude at times. They also had some sort of bedbug which left my son covered in itchy bumps.
