I have used them numerous times because they are close to my work and every time they are VERY slow. I called ahead of time to see if there was a line to get an oil change and an inspection sticker. I was told NO, it would take an hour. Three hours later I called and the work had not been completed, and the person working on my vehicle went to lunch.
