The owners, Ed and Edith Jones, are top notch people. Honest as the day is long. Order writers Joel and Larry are excellent as well. I've used this shop since I relocated to Houston two years ago. My previous experience was always with dealerships. This is a far superior experience. No long lines waiting for an order writer, no long lines waiting to pay your bill. Quality service for a reasonable price. I would recommend Jones Auto any day of the week!
