We will NEVER take our dogs back there again.....We boarded our 2 elderly dogs for 3 days, expecting them to be taken care of (the outside looks nice/looks professional/high tech) but inside....nightmare. The first warning was when I called to check on them and the receptionist said "I'm sure they are ok" and when I pressed further she had no idea who they were. I had a bad feeling so I picked them up a early as I could. When I drove up someone of staff happened to be coming out of the back door with them - they were SOAKED in urine from head to toe and had feces stuck to their backsides and one had it stuck (dried) around his eyes and nose. They looked horrible (like they had just laid there for 3 days- dirty and depressed). Needless to say , I was horrified. I was extremely upset when checking out (visibly shaking/tears running down my face. They were not aware I had seen them at first. The Vet actually did not want to release them to me because they looked so bad- wanted to give the
