They tried to fleece my 70 year old father out of money for things that didn't need to be fixed while ignoring the obvious problems. On top of it, they held my Dad's car twice for over a week, telling him they could not find the part and had to order it. I had looked into how much the part was, and it was a simple 40 dollars available at Auto Zone, which we had to buy so they would do the work, and then refused to use it because the said they could not warranty something we gave them, when we had the receipt and product in the box from Auto Zone. I don't know what they did to his car, but it was way overpriced. After the second time they did this to my Dad, I put an end to him taking it there again. I would advise the same.
