Review content:
Took our elderly cat in to CCOV as he was ill and failing. They talked us out of euthanizing him, pressed us to purchase nearly $1000 worth of medication and sent him home. The same evening he died at home, which was painful for both him and us. The next morning when I contacted them, they would neither take the medication that we hadn't even had the opportunity to open back, but wanted to charge us another $100 just to dispose of the body. Needless to say we went elsewhere. Friday we received a postcard offering us 'up to three radiographs' for our dead cat if we would refer them to our friends. Not only is CCOV more expensive (for no apparent reason) than it's competitors in the area, but they apparently also don't keep any sort of updated records when an animal in their care dies. Our interaction with this business was painful, expensive and ridiculous in nearly every way.
