I was stuck on the side of I4 trying to get back home to Gainsville for thanksgiving when i blew a radiator hose and my car started to overheat. I called AAA and was directed to Joyce. Their dispatcher was kind, polite, and very professional. The response time was incredibly fast. The driver was dressed in a clean uniform, and his truck was immaculate. He obviously took pride in his truck and appearance. He took a cursory examination of my vehicle to see if it was indeed out of commission or if it could be repaired on the spot. After he discovered the problem, he informed me of my options. I was impressed with the service so far, so i decided to have it towed to their repair shop. He then expertly loaded my vehicle onto his truck and we were away. When we reached their shop, i was very surprised when the driver opened my door for me and helped me out of his truck. Inside, i spoke with the owner, Ed Bebb, and he had them working on my car immediately. I was back on the road within a few
