I started going to Over the Rainbow 28 years ago when my son was born and today, I am still going there to get my hair cut and colored. I sometimes change stylists for variety, but find all to be highly skilled and very personable. Their prices are extremely reasonable and I feel pampered when I leave. Both my children live out of state and still go there for hair cuts when they come home to visit. Over the Rainbow Children's Salon is a warm, friendly place to go and caters to both children and adults, male and females. The only drawback is that because they are so busy, I have to plan ahead of time to schedule my appointments.
