I am writing this letter in regards to one of your techs, Louis Jones, that installed a replacement water heater in my mothers condo. I would like to start off by noteing, I was more than impressed with his work and also how he carried your companies name. When homes are built, you can always tell when the profit margin outweighed the practicality of appliance replacement. My mother's house is a prime example of this statement, as the water heater was located in the most impratical and utterly stupid location. Quickly, and efficiently, Mr. Jones was able to install the new heater without disturbing the living area in the slightest bit. I believe that people in this world are quick to inform an employer of poor service and rude employees yet do not take the time to compliment them from when an outstanding job is performed. I can tell you, Mr. Jones was a pleasure to have in our home and his work ethic is a prime example of exactly how a customer would like to be treated. I will surely be calling you guys again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you again for your outstanding services.
