I took my lab to this vet because I knew he had a urinary tract infection. He had been treated for this by my previous vet in another state so I knew what worked for his proper treatment. After I paid $97.00 for the visit, urine analysis and medicine, my dog continued to get worse and started vomiting from the medicine. I called the vet and asked for him to be switched to either the antibiotic that I knew had worked for him before or to another one they would recommend. They refused unless I came in and paid them for another office visit! When I asked for the reason, they said, maybe they had missed something in the first exam! If they had missed something, they should have wanted to do a re-check for no cost! I changed vets to Dr. Susan Wooten at North Asheville Animal Hospital who is now treating my boy and he is so much better already! She said the antibiotic he was on is known to cause stomach issues. She also said that if my dog was having stomach issues on the antibiotic she
