They were ok. Staff friendly. Seem to know what they are talking about in the office but quality of workmanship is poor. \r
Majority of new floors had been been laid by General Contractor's guy. Clarkes came in to finish up. There were areas that needed fixing prior to finishing and they weren't detected by them as being problems. Treads installed were not level. Finish was not good, floor was a hardwood, Exotic Australian Spotted Gum, Expensive material, they left ripples where the machine was left standing. Tore up the baseboards. Floor now needs to be finished again by someone else 2 yrs later. Looking elsewhere for that. Won't have them back. Nice people though. They did cover all my cabinets in the kitchen to eliminate dust particles. Still wouldn't use again.
