I grew up in Sunnyvale and was a client of Serra Veterinary all my life. As an adult, I moved to Los Banos and then to Salinas. Two years ago, my 6 year old Oriental Short Hair was diagnosed in Los Banos with acute pancreatitis and was given 2 days to live. I was devastated and called Dr. Natt to tell him the news, as he had treated Jacques since he was a kitten. He asked me to fax him the blood work and said he did not believe he was untreatable. I drove a 5 hour round trip to take Jacques to Dr. Natt and within 2 days of Dr. Natt taking over his care, Jacques improved and is now a very healthy nearly 8 year old. Last month, my one year old domestic short hair began vomiting profusely. I was living in Soledad at the time, so I took her to a vet there. They immediately sent me to the emergency vets in Monterey for exploratory surgery. $3000 later, I had no answers and a still very sick kitty. I debated about driving her up to Dr. Natt's, but I just had to believe these vets were doing
