Bought glasses July 2008. Owner was a little 'over the top' in singing his own praises but I wanted glasses quickly. $495 and that was with a coupon! Picked up and he would not let me keep the RX. Every other optical has returned it to me with no problem. He absolutely would not. He seemed to only be interested in getting me out the door. 4-29-09 one of the nose pad pieces fell off. Less than 10 months old. Took them back next day at 2:10 pm. He said his 'lab' guy would be back from lunch in 45 minutes. He wanted me to leave glasses or wait. I asked if there was someone else who could do it. This is a private optical but a relatively large building with several employees. He said lab guy had to re-thread so screw wouldn't fall out again. What? The screw never fell out, it was still there, he didn't even look at my glasses. Just needed a new nose pad, period. I couldn't believe that as "owner", he did not have hands on for the whole operation as he runs the business. He informed me that
