Review content:
Terry's has been around for as long as I can remember, and has a body work contract with Warnock Lexus, so I figured they had to be doing something right...\r \r After dropping my car off for some minor repairs, I picked it up to find that the body work looked pretty good (B-level work) but the interior panels were all hastily thrown back together. The seat belt was pinched inside one of the panels and therefore non-operational, the B-pillar cover was missing a piece, and the door panel vibrated like crazy.\r \r I will agree with the reviewer below me in that it seems like they're just trying to maximize compensation from insurance companies while minimizing the amount of work they actually do. It takes five minutes to properly reinstall a door panel.\r \r I would (and will, in future) take my business elsewhere.
