Unfortunately, my review about Terry's Autobody is not a good one and I feel very disappointed. I did not have a good experience with the repair work they did on my vehicle, which was rear-ended in traffic. In their effort to make money from the insurance settlement, they did not do a through repair of my vehicle. When I picked up my car, my vehicle still had a part that was broken during the accident, but it was too late to have the insurance pay for it as the settlement had been finalized. Terry's would not acknowledge that this part was damaged, though the broken part made my car sound loud so there was no way it could have been accidently missed. It was also discovered that I was charged betterment on parts that were not put into my vehicle. Everyone told me they were "good" and they have a good reputation, but based on my experience, I would not recommend Terry's Autobody Shop in Whippany, NJ.
