Let me start by saying I am a real patient of his. I needed extensive work done on my teeth on several occassions due to carelessness and lack of dental visits. I'm 30 now and hadn't been to the dentist regulary since I was 15. I came to find Southend Dentistry as I was in horrible pain and needed emergency care and couldn't find a dentist anywhere that would take me a new patient right then and there. I call Southend Denistry and spoke with Amber who didn't ask too many questions she basically gave me the address and said see you in a about 25 mins!!! My teeth are not eligible for a smile poster and not at any time did anyone in his office make me feel the slightest bit embarrassed. The staff are kind and truly compassionate and do really care about people. Dr. Picot was very engaging and personal the entire time and made sure I was well aware of what would entail and follow during and after the procedure.
