I just had a runner installed this morning in my main stairway. This afternoon I decided to use he vacum cleaner to remove some debris left by the installers. I noticed a big cut on the carpet (looks like a knife cut). I t is so obvious that I do not believe that the installers did not notice it while installing the rcarpet,. If they notice it they did not say anything. I tried to call the stote at 5.30 pm and the phone was busy. After insisting for a while the line was clear but nobody picked up the phone. I am upset because I am supposed to have people over this weekend and I am afraid the cut gets larger with all the traffic.\r
I as also quoted a price and charged a different price. However, when I contacted the store they corrected it immediately.
