Review content:
The Walgreen's in Green Trails shopping plaza is convenient, but that's about it. Their pharmacy staff is knowledgeable but not very friendly. On two separate occasions, I've had difficulty have prescriptions filled; the employees didn't make the process any easier. I've also been given the run-around when they didn't know how to fix a problem, rather than just admitting it to me. They've also run out of a prescription, forcing me to wait, and didn't even bother to call and tell me when it was back in stock. Although I understand they're busy and handle many customers each day, I was treated in a cold, and unfriendly manner, VERY different than the advertisements say on TV.
I would not recommend this Walgreen's pharmacy if you're expecting anything above average.
