Review content:
I called and asked how much it would be to get my watch crystal repaired, and they said $29, so I brought in my watch and they said it would now be $42. That was fine at the time, and I went ahead. \r

When I got my watch home, it didn't work anymore. I brought it back to the store and left it with them. When Andy called me back he said that I would have to pay for the repairs. I asked why it was my responsibility, considering that when I brought it to them it worked. He accused me of lying, refused to fix the watch, and hung up on me. \r

I was overcharged, treated rudely, and they broke my item they were supposed to repair and offered no compensation. Go anywhere else.
