Review content:
The Oaks at Knollwood is a quiet apartment complex with VERY easy access to Kingery Highway. It's also within walking distance of a Dominick's, Caribou Coffee, Blockbuster, and Whole Foods.
Apartments are spacious with ample closet space. Some units feature fireplaces, margarita/breakfast bars, and in-unit laundry. The large one-bedroom is HUGE, and features two walk-in closets, a really large bedroom, and an enormous bathroom. Leasing staff is very friendly, and the clubhouse is presently under renovation for major resident improvements. The clubhouse even features free dvd and VHS rentals for residents from a bookshelf in the lobby.
With all the positive features, the geese are a major drawback. In any given season, tons of Canada geese roam the complex driveways and block traffic. Sidewalks are "polluted" to say the least, and even the most animal-loving resident will come to loathe these birds. If you can handle the geese, the complex can be a great home.
