I have had my vacuum cleaner and my carpet cleaner fixed here as well as purchased a second vacuum cleaer. They are very straight forward and honest. My items were fixed in a short amount of time and the price was really reasonable. I purchase my vacuum cleaner bags there also as I have a Kirby. They sell used and new vacuum cleaners and they do not try to push you into buying something you don't need. (Like the Kirby I bought that is too heavy to get upstairs). The owner explained to me how heppa filters differ from paper filters and what the H.P. and watts mean as far as power and suction and he let me make my own decision on a second vacuum and I am very happy with that one!!
