I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company and it's still not over yet for me. I purchased a new $2300.00 Whirlpool double oven from this company and this location in November 2012 and they installed at the beginning of December 2012. The contracted installer they hired to do this job was a skinny little guy by himself trying to install a 30 inch double oven!! At one point during installation he said "I think I will have to call for backup". But he finally kept working with it, banging it around and using a CAR JACK to install our oven! It now has a dent in our brand new oven. Yes it work, but since this installation, it has not worked right. We can't get oven temp to stabilize, or get it calibrated. So Stanton's sends one of their techs out to "fix" our oven. He undid the calibration that I had done using the owner's manual then tested it with his laser temp tester and left.
