i have read the reviewa of this restaurant. some of thiese people are unrealistict and plain wrong. this is a casual cafe. the owner serves very fresh food, salads are better than green street on so lake., bareakfast is always very good,, my favorite sandwich is the grilled chicken w/avacado. sevice is attentive. some reviews have a problem with decor, let them go to west la and oay more. yes, some prices here are more than cocos, dennys etc.maybe $4 more. if you are happy with paying less for 3rd class food, go there. for me, i would go to kathleens anytime.\r
