Everyone was very polite and friendly. Everyone and everything was great. I actually really liked the bench outside because I was about 20 minutes early with 2 dogs and 2 kids, it was nice to have a place to get everything arranged and sit a couple of min outside of a waiting room. I was thoroughly impressed with the seemingly genuine care and hospitality from every member of the team that worked with me. They even checked me out from the exam room to make it easier. It was nice to have my 3 yr old girl, baby, and tag-along dog treated respectfully. Thank you. My foster dog, Charlie, was befriended by the vet tech and Dr. White both. They were great. You all were so wonderful, I am actually switching from my life-long vet to your practice. I have been driving to I-70 and Peoria for all my animals for years because I just didn't think I would ever find another vet I could trust. Dr. White gained my confidence 100% in just one visit. Thanks for all the gas you'll be saving me!!
